Mission
The mission of St. Anselm’s is to continue the Apostles’ tradition of passing on the reality of Jesus Christ in the original and authentic Anglican custom. Our spiritual intention is to embrace Jesus Christ as true God and true man as revealed in the Holy Scriptures.
Through Anglican doctrine and worship, St. Anselm’s strives to pass on the faith of the one Catholic and Apostolic Church. This orthodox and conservative form of worship is founded upon the Holy Bible, the words of the Nicene, Apostles’, and Athanasian Creeds, and the 39 Articles of Religion. Our worship services are liturgical and sacramental as set forth in the 1928 Book of Common Prayer.
Prayer for St. Anselm's
Almighty and everlasting God, who dost govern all things in heaven and earth, mercifully hear the supplications of Thy servants and grant St. Anselm's Church, all things that are needful for its spiritual formation and welfare. Enlighten and guide her in all endeavors. Remove all hindrances to the advancement of Thy Truth; bring all to be of one heart and mind within the fold of Thy holy Church; to the honor and glory of Thy Name. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord. Amen
